In the warranty time, we will maintain and replace the module for free,Customer should pay for the shipment fee.After that, we only charge the material cost, customer should be responsible for shipment.

• Technical Service:

We also provide the operation manual, software, and so on. Any associated CAD drawing on how to fix up the display and some other expert suggestion will be provided upon request.

• Free training:

Regarding Training course, usually we provide customer at most one week for training which includes the software operation, basic repairing, installation, adjustment, etc.

• Technical Support:

We can send our engineer to guide the installation for you. But the relevant cost should be paid by your esteemed company such as visa, hotel, food, plane ticket for back and forth,and also your esteemed company should pay our staff USD100/day/staff (from our engineer’s departure from Shenzhen) and should help to arrange our staff visa
