RJ-45 connnector has two standard, 568A and 568B.normally led display controller using the 568B standard UTP-5 cable to control the led display screen. the following picture show you how to make the internet cable for linsn led control system.

If you make all connection in proper,but can not communicate with led display module,please check your RJ-45 is using 568B connector.
